Unpowered wells and boreholes
A well in a field often has a level or pressure sensor and no kiosk power. The hardware problem is autonomy and a short daily message, not a 24/7 analog card in a plant RTU.
Why this is not the tank-farm page
Tank farms on sungenetech.net usually have a cabinet, loop power, and a SCADA destination on a schedule measured in seconds or minutes. A borehole visit may be weekly. Mixing those two pages in search results is how buyers get the wrong hardware class.
Send these
- Well count and whether each has a stilling tube or only a drop-in probe
- Sensor output if known
- How often a value must arrive
- Battery, solar, or a mix
Questions buyers actually ask
How is this different from the tank page on sungenetech.net?
That page assumes a powered cabinet and a SCADA path. This page assumes no mains at the well and an infrequent uplink.
